We have had one of these sandwich makers for over a year. We like it and have had no problems with it. It is great for grilled cheese as it does a great job melting the cheese. It is also great for grilling bagels, cut them in half and grill them with one half on top of the other, cut sides on the top and bottom.

Once you've placed a sandwich or other items into the toaster, the cover latches shut to keep batter in place or sandwich edges crimped. It's really convenient for making breakfast in a busy morning. Just two pieces of bread, a slice of cheese, some butter, breakfast is ready!!! you can also add some ham if you like. Even my husband can cook!!! Ha!
